BandBell Earthquake Bar

Instead of the traditional safety slots, it has two-inch grooves cut into its wooden ends to channel and grip the bands as the bar BENDS radically under super-heavy weight. Can easily handle weights in excess of 300 pounds.

If you have never trained with an Earthquake Bar, then buckle up because it is completely different than a straight steel barbell. It bends and bobs depending on the weight added and force applied during your lift.
